It must deflate–and it will deflate. Nothing can stop it. Further, and as appears increasingly likely, should The Cybersecurity Act of 2009 become law, President Obama will be given complete control over the internet, gaining the ability to “declare a cybersecurity emergency” and shut down or limit internet traffic in any “critical” information network “in the interest of national security.” (Update Aug. 28, 2009) This would certainly happen as a result of a declaration of martial law. If you haven’t prepared by then, it will be too late.
